Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. To qualify for a return:

  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on product availability.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), StepMakr will cover the return shipping cost.
